Coral Ridge Isles is located in North East Fort Lauderdale and offers both waterfront and dry lot homes with ocean access under fixed bridges. Coral Ridge Isles is a beautiful neighborhood of homes in Fort Lauderdale with all the benefits of South Florida surrounding our community.  With the turquoise blue Atlantic just a couple of minutes East on Commercial Boulevard, our community is replete with wonderful entertainment, dining, shopping, transportation and education options.

Coral Ridge Isles consists of nearly 1,000 homes bounded by Commercial Boulevard on the South, Cypress Creek Road on the North, Dixie Highway on the West and NE 18th Avenue on the East. We have approximately 400 homes on waterfront canals with ocean access under fixed bridges and another 600 on quiet, tree-lined streets.
This is a community that thrives on a superior quality of life with excellent access to education, sports, healthcare, emergency response, worship and shopping. When it comes to education, there may be no finer community in Florida. With public and private education facilities within a mile of our boundaries, we are blessed with a selection of  choices that many people drive miles to attend. Floranada Elementary is a national award-winning school and a cornerstone of our community. Floranada is a straight-A rated school that features a new, 14 million dollar campus with state-of-the-art classrooms, dining, library and music facilities. Floranada is the school of choice for most of our residents and a big attraction for families with young children.
Rickards Middle school is on the West side of Dixie Highway in close proximity and just a few blocks up 56th Street is Northeast High — both are outstanding neighborhood schools.
The Northern boundary, adjacent to our main entrance off Cypress Creek Road  is Pine Crest School, a K-12 private school with a national reputation for excellence in education. On the Eastern end of 56th Street bordering Federal Highway is Westminster Academy, another outstanding private school with a national reputation for excellence in education. There are a number of other excellent schools all within a mile or two of the CRI neighborhood. There are so many choices, you will not be disappointed.
Floranada Park, which is part of the school and is operated by the city, is the centerpiece of the Coral Ridge Isles community with playground, basketball, youth baseball, gazebo, sand volleyball and plenty of open space for children to play. This park is host to many children’s soccer and baseball leagues.
Many community events are held in Floranada Park and enjoyed by all the residents of Coral Ridge Isles.  Events range from the annual Floranada Day festival to the Coral Ridge Isles Homeowner’s Association Easter Egg Hunt, Night Out Against Crime and the Holiday Festival held in December.   All these events provide an excellent opportunity for residents to get together and make new friends and acquaintances.
Hospitals, healthcare options and spiritual worship abound in our area. Several hospitals including Holy Cross which is ranked as one of the top 50 hospitals in the USA, medical centers and a fire station with emergency response that border our community. And, if staying fit is part of your healthcare regimen, there are two major fitness facilities off Commercial Boulevard. Nationally known churches and temples of a variety of faiths are also within a mile of our neighborhood.
Two major supermarkets are within five blocks of our community in the vicinity of Commercial and Dixie with department stores, drugstores, office supply, and banks, too. We have easy access to I-95 and the Tri-Rail commuter station on Cypress Creek Road. Even the Baltimore Orioles do their spring training two miles west on Commercial Boulevard!
